How your data is handled
Short version: your plan lives in your own browser. Your email is only used when you press Email my plan, and it isn't stored on our server. If you ask the coach, your plan (never your name or email) is read by an AI model running on this site's own server and isn't stored either.
What stays in your browser
Your name, email address, work hours, days, fixed blocks, hobbies and answers are saved in your browser's local storage on this device. They aren't sent anywhere while you plan, unless you press Email my plan or Suggest settings. Download calendar file builds the file in your browser and sends nothing. Anyone who uses this browser can see the profiles saved in it, so use Delete my data in the menu on a shared computer.
When you email yourself a plan
Pressing Email my plan sends your name, email address and plan answers to this site's server. The server builds the email, with your timetable attached as a calendar file, and hands it to the email service this site uses, which delivers it. The server doesn't save any of it. The email service keeps delivery records under its own privacy policy.
To stop abuse, the server remembers your IP address and the address you sent to for about an hour, in memory only, to limit how many emails can be sent. If bot protection is switched on, Cloudflare Turnstile runs a quick check under its own policy.
When you ask the coach
Pressing Suggest settings sends your work hours, days, fixed blocks, hobbies, answers and the goal you typed to this site's server. Your name and email address aren't sent. An AI model running on that same server, not a third-party service, reads them and suggests settings. Nothing is saved: the request and the suggestions sit in the server's memory for at most 15 minutes so your browser can collect them, then they're gone. The suggestions are kept in your browser with the rest of your plan.

What we don't do
No accounts on our side, no tracking, no analytics, no ads, no cookies, and no mailing list. Fonts are served from this site, not from a third party.
Deleting your data
Open the menu with your name in the top corner and choose Delete my data. That removes everything from this browser. There's nothing stored on the server to delete.
